Australia announced their ICC Champions Trophy squad for South Africa and it includes pace veteran, Brett Lee.
Brett Lee may have missed the Ashes through injury and selections but he makes the squad for the premier ICC event.
Adam Voges is the only name that requires special mention because he has not been part of Australia’s ODI plans since 2006–07; David Hussey has been but has been dropped for this tournament though brother Mike Hussey is expected to get over his recent stumbles with form.
Ricky Ponting leads the squad with predictable names.

Australia’s squad for ICC Champions Trophy: Ricky Ponting, Michael Clarke, Nathan Bracken, Callum Ferguson, Brad Haddin, Nathan Hauritz, Ben Hilfenhaus, James Hopes, Michael Hussey, Mitchell Johnson, Brett Lee, Peter Siddle, Adam Voges, Shane Watson, Cameron White.

The continued inclusion of Cameron White despite no concrete contribution from him in any manner, is baffling. Also, the Wicket keeping duties ought to have been given to a younger new player instead of Brad Haddin.
