BCCI's Rewards For No. 1 Not Commensurate With Test Cricket

This was on expected lines. The reward. Not the sum. But is the BCCI doing Test cricket by the amount of the compensation?
The last time BCCI opened its coffers rather generously towards the Indian cricketers was when the Indian team under Mahendra Singh Dhoni returned from Australia with the Commonwealth Bank series trophy. The reward then - Rs.80 lakh for every cricketer.
Now after beating Sri Lanka and going to no.1 in the ICC test rankings, the BCCI has announced a cash reward of Rs. 25 lakhs for every Indian cricketer and Rs.10 lakh for the support staff.

While it is admirable that the BCCI is providing incentive based on performance, one cannot help but reflect that the rewards are infinitely minimal compared to their ODI series win. Here team India has gone no.1! Shouldn’t it entitle them for more by logic(at the risk of earning the wrath of those who think cricketers are getting filthy rich)?
