Flintoff Playing Court Jester
Sreelata Yellamrazu | Jan 22 2009

You may as well believe it! Andrew Flintoff may have accidentally kick started the movement to lighten the mood amongst the England cricket team.
As players boarded the VS29 plane scheduled to take them from the Gatwick airport to St. Kitts in the Caribbean for their scheduled tour to the West Indies, one person was conspicuously absent. Even as the plane was being boarded, Flintoff was making a mad dash to get to the plane across the tarmac.
While the reasons are yet to be confirmed, earlier reports that Flintoff was tangled with paperwork until the final minute of board was squashed by humourous reports that suggested that Flintoff had dozed off in the airport terminal and woke up only to find his team mates disappearing into the plane.
If that story holds grounds, why didn’t anyone wake him up? Smell a joke or something else? A moment of relief either way!
