The IPL is in expansion mode, opposition or not.
In keeping with the expansion plans, the IPL 3 in 2010 is likely to see two matches, on April 16th and 18th, in the International Cricket Stadium in Dharmasala, Himachal Pradesh.
Interesting Dharmasala also played hosts to a few matches of the Indian Cricket League, aka, ICL. Apparently the BCCI amnesty will extend to the cricket grounds as well with Uppal being expected to give Hyderabad its Test status again.
Expect more announcements in the coming future.
