A routine exercise turned into an emergency situation as former Pakistan captain and founder-leader of the Tehreek-E-Insaaf political party in Pakistan had to be wheeled into surgery.
Imran Khan was said to have suffered from intense abdominal pain following a work out and the doctors at Shaukat Khanum hospital was forced to take up surgery upon his small intestine.
His condition is now reported to be stable.
