The old horse of Australian cricket Glenn McGrath is likely to make a come back in the Champions Trophy scheduled in India. He has been out of international cricket almost from the beginning of the year, because his wife has been struggling with cancer. The Australian skipper Ricky Ponting has shown faith in the determination shown by McGrath and has backed him up to make a comeback into the team.
To return to cricket and begin bowling in India would be a intimidating task up front, but his performance in India has always been top class and he is determined to repeat the same. This experience to bowl in the demanding conditions in India will certainly prepare him for the Ashes series to follow down under.

i believe if australia want mcgrath for ashes then he shouldn’t b playin in da champions trophy.....
as da pitches here r completely different from dat of australia......he can’t hav match practice for ashes here in the sub continent........!!!!
Yes it is dificult for any player to make a comeback in the subcontinent and for the old horse it may be a donting task. Even though I believe he will perform and regain his form.
