Mickey Arthur Has Advice for Windies for Perth Test
Sreelata Yellamrazu | Dec 15 2009

The South African coach, Mickey Arthur, should perhaps be keeping an eye on his team ahead of the first Test against England. However, he cannot help but advice the West Indies on their approach to the Perth Test.
Australia and West Indies take each other on in Perth after trading blows in the first two Tests and Arthur believes that the West Indies should not succumb to the temptation of trying to bounce out the Australians.
The coach spoke of the fact that it was better to bowl off a fuller length rather than bowl short and expect to run through the opposition. It is about using the head as much as the heart. But it will be a tricky proposition as the teams will essentially spar on a relaid pitch and it will be interesting not only to watch Kemar Roach’s reaction (since he is promising to bowl his heart out with destructible pace) but also, of both the teams tentative of a pitch they cannot be totally sure about.
