Kevin Pietersen and Yuvraj Singh cannot seem to have stop having a go at each other. Incidentally Yuvraj also seems to be the fancy of Andrew Flintoff. Strange bonding brewing here!
First it was Flintoff having a go at Yuvraj Singh. Now it appears that Yuvraj Singh wanting it to dish it out at Pietersen got the worst out of the England skipper.
Yuvraj Singh was seen what appeared to be mimicking the England skipper clutching his fractured rib in pain. That apparently did not fluster Pietersen as much on the field as it did off it. Pietersen slammed Yuvraj Singh as a “pie chucker” and his left arm bowling “filth”.
Those unkind words were expected to bring out the fury in Yuvraj Singh. Instead the Indian batsman, who is attempting yet again to cement a permanent place in this Indian side, was busy looking through the dictionary for the meaning of “pie chucker”. And his riposte was ready.
Looking for some spice, when the media probed Yuvraj Singh on Pietersen’s comments, Yuvraj stated he knew pie chucker meant useless bowling. He was quick to add that if he was a pie chucker and Pietersen was getting out of such a bowler, obviously one would have to put it down to useless batting.
No doubt Pietersen was applauding that quip.
