Pakistan pulls out Akhtar, Asif for positive drugs test

It seems that controversy is chasing Pakistan Cricket team. The team that tried hard to forget the Oval fiasco and chunks in the squad following the incident, has once again fell in neck-deep trouble with two flamboyant bowlers Shoaib Akhtar and Mohammad Asif are packing their kits to return homeland after positive drugs tests.

The Pakistan Cricket Board has confirmed today the pull out off these two players from Champions Trophy squad when they are found of being used performance enhancing drugs.

The absence Asif-Akhtar duo has further weakened team’s morale. Thus, it is clear that an uphill task is store for Pak cricket team when they take on powerful Sri Lanka on Tuesday.
