Ricky Ponting Fumes That Test in Not the Place for UDRS Testing
Sreelata Yellamrazu | Dec 9 2009

This was on expected lines. The Australian captain has aired his views about the Umpire Decision Review System (UDRS) while umpire Mark Benson has denied that he quit the Test midway in Adelaide over disagreement.
Benson stated it was purely for health reasons that he refused to continue in the course of the Test and that he had no intention of retiring.
But the Australian captain believes that the UDRS should have been applied more in the area of a Twenty20 match or an ODI and not directly at Test cricket level. He believes the system is in need of more “refinement?” and it is believed he has suggested use of more technology including the snickometer to help caught behind decisions.
