The Pakistan manager is not only denying Abdul Qadir’s claims but also, denying that there were any bookies anywhere near the Pakistan cricketers in Sri Lanka.
Yawar Saeed has denied former chief selector Qadir’s claims that there could be match fixers amongst the Pakistan plaeyrs themselves. Stating that the Pakistan cricketers did not indulge in such illegal activities, Saeed went a step further to state that, contrary to earlier reports that prompted an ICC inquiry, the Pakistan team did not encounter bookies on their tour to Sri Lanka.
