Sehwag Alleges Corruption in Delhi Ranji Team, Wants Out
Sreelata Yellamrazu | Aug 17 2009

Virender Sehwag spewed venom on the DDCA and claimed that corruption has made him want to quit the Delhi Ranji team.
Sehwag spoke out against the working of the Delhi District Cricket Association, alleging corruption and what he termed as unwarranted intrusions and interference in deciding team line ups. He spoke out against corruption in the running of the team and of the favouritism that he claims has frustrated him to the point of wanting to quit the team and join hands with another like Haryana.
Virender Sehwag and Gautam Gambhir had the beginnings of their explosive opening partnership with the Delhi team. However, unless the meeting with the DDCA President, Arun Jaitley, helps Sehwag temper himself, it could be curtains for Sehwag and Delhi.
