There was speculation that Ajay Jadeja would be a participant on the popular Bigg Boss 3 season. However, it was later revealed that Navjot Singh Sidhu was scheduled to star in the show but the former Indian batsman did a late turn.
Sidhu who has left the cricket world for politics, seen campaigning on an elephant as a Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate, was apparently even paid to enter the Bigg Boss house but developed cold feet at the eleventh hour.
It has denied the popular reality television the chance to house a former famous Indian cricketer with former fast bowler, Salil Ankola, featuring only briefly in the first season before his entry was withdrawn with alcohol related issues.
