It would appear as though Bollywood and cricket are brushing into each other, not bumping into each other. Amitabh Bachchan fulfilled the wish on Harbhajan Singh with a special screening of Paa.
Amitabh Bachchan plays the role of a child suffering from Progeria in the Hindi cinema flick “Paa” which some Indian cricketers such as Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the Indian captain, Suresh Raina, Dinesh Karthik and Rohit Sharma had the opportunity to watch in Nagpur where India is scheduled to play a Twenty20 match against Sri Lanka.
With Harbhajan Singh being in Mumbai and rested for the Twenty20 match, he wanted to see the match. And what does one do? In Bhajji’s case, he called up Amitabh Bachchan and requested a screening which the Big B obliged with a preview theatre in Andheri where Bhajji could view it with his friends.
Anything for our cricketers these days, huh?
