Even as the IPL awaits final squad arrival in South Africa, India have announced the probables for the World Twenty20 in the UK and left a few surprises.
The 30 member list of probables for the second World Twenty20 has been announced and it has left certain players out, some by surprise, some by deliberation.
Sreesanth has not made it to the 30 member list and his back injury seems to have made him a difficult proposition for the June event. But another name that has been surprisingly left out has been that of Joginder Sharma.
If people will recall, Mahendra Singh Dhoni trusted his instinct and Joginder Sharma became a hit after the first World Twenty20 in South Africa.
But the likes of Joginder Sharma, Ajit Agarkar and Piyush Chawla have not made the cut from the first edition to the next. Robin Uthappa though continues to remain in the radar while Tamil Nad off spinner R. Ashwin has earned a possible selection entry.
