The IPL governing council has decided that the new base price for an IPL team, there will be two more in the IPL 4 in 2011, will be $225, which is significantly higher than the 111.9 million dollars parted with by Mukesh and Neeta Ambani for the moist expensive IPL team, the Mumbai Indians team, in the inaugural year of the IPL auctions.
That will change now, provided there are takers.
