Wessels Feels Bad For Arthur; In Contention Himself; Backs Corrie Van Zyl

Former South African captain, Kepler Wessels, shared his views publicly over the resignation of Mickey Arthur as South Africa’s coach.
Wessels felt bad about the situation Arthur was in but he also stated that the decision did not surprise him much because he saw the speculation brewing over the last couple of weeks.
Wessels is apparently also being considered by Cricket South Africa (CSA) as one of the contenders who could not only be a potential interim coach but also, be appointed on a permanent basis. How that relationship pans out with the current South African captain, Graeme Smith, is still untested waters.
But Wessels was backing Corrie van Zyl to take over as caretaker coach for South Africa’s upcoming tour to India.
