WIPA Nearly Ruined ICC World Twenty20?

After refuting the mediator’s allegations that the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) set forth new agreement after talks appeared resolved, the board officials are coming up with startling revelations that stated that the West Indies team could have well been disqualified.
A WICB official is claiming that the West Indies Players Association (WIPA) nearly put the West Indies in jeopardy by not signing the ICC contracts and therefore, facing disqualification. Apparently after speaking with WIPA President, Dinanath Ramnarine, the West Indies cricketers only signed the papers on the morning of the semi final against Sri Lanka in the ICC World Twenty20 in England in June.
