Younis Khan Back at the Top!
Sreelata Yellamrazu | Oct 21 2009

After the fracas involving accusations of match fixing, sanity appears to have been restored finally.
Pakistan cricket went through a bizarre phase following their defeat to New Zealand in the ICC Champions Trophy 2009 semi final in South Africa. With all kinds of accusations flying at all and sundry, there seemed little hope of an early settlement of issues with the Pakistan captain, Younis Khan, even tendering his resignation.
However, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), and the PCB charmain, Ejaz Butt have spoken in favour of Younis Khan leading him to subsequently withdrawing his resignation and accepting responsibilty at the helm once again.
Back to the cricket, boys!
