Harbhajan Singh will be attending his sister’s wedding on the 22nd of February while Yuvraj Singh is yet to recover from the finger injury that kept him out of the India South Africa Test series.
The empty spots though will provide opportunity to others to make their mark and Yusuf Pathan could find himself back in the reckoning after his double century in the Duleep Trophy final that helped West Zone prevail.
Gautam Gambhir has returned fine from hospital tests after taking a bruising on the arm from Morne Morkel and is expected to continue in the second Test.
